Magnatrol Valve Corporation’s Type A, L and Type K valves are designed for use in petrochemical/oil, pharmaceutical, and water/wastewater processing applications. Available for pipe sizes from ½ to 3-in., Type A & L (bronze) and Type K (stainless steel) valves feature globe pattern valve bodies with threaded or flanged ends, and packless construction with continuous duty coils for all voltages. The valves require no differential pressure to open, and the valves are easily inspected, cleaned or replaced while the valve body remains in the pipeline, which shortens costly downtime. All three valves are normally closed (energize to open) and available with buna N, viton, or glass-filled PTFE orifice seal materials depending upon the application.
