The Promass Coriolis flowmeters are designed for measuring flows up to 100,000-tons per day. The Promag flowmeters are designed for volume flows up to 634-milion gallons per day.
The Proline 300/500 is a family of industry optimized, smart Coriolis mass and electromagnetic flow instruments. The Proline Promass Coriolis mass flowmeters measure flows up to 100,000-tons per day. The Proline Promag flowmeters are designed for volume flows up to 634-million gallons per day. Both types are suitable for high temperatures, corrosive fluids, and hygenic/sterile process applications. The Proline instruments connect to control systems while providing in-situ device verification during operation, continuous self-diagnostics, and automatic on-board data storage. The transmitter housings have a two-chamber system with a front-mouthed compartment for connecting source power, wiring the analog and/or digital inputs and outputs, and accessing the Ethernet service access port or device display. The second chamber permits service technicians to access the electronics modules for repair functions while maintaining protection against dust and contamination. Additonal features include HistoROM for data protection, built-in web server, and Heartbeat Diagnostics.
