The Power Wave i400 and AutoDrive 4R system integrate with the FANUC R-30iA controller or as a separate configuration to meet weld cell requirements. Waveform Control Technology enables processes such as Rapid Arc, Power Mode and TOTAL s2f. The digital communication connects via ArcLink over a CAN connection or with ArcLink XT, which connects via Ethernet. The system features 10-420 A of current and an auxiliary outlet designed to add welding fume extraction equipment. It features MAXTRAC cast aluminum wire drive with dual spring pressure arms and brass-to-brass gun connections for more electrical connectivity.
