Push-wire terminals

The Luminaire disconnects series 873, or LUMI-NUTS, is designed for use in linear fluorescent fixtures with ballasts. The series was designed to meet NEC 410.73 (G), CEC 30-308 (4) and CSA/UL Standard 2459 for insulated, multi-pole splicing wire connectors. The terminals facilitate daisy-chaining power from separate ballasts, eliminating additional connectors.

The Luminaire disconnects series 873, or LUMI-NUTS, is designed for use in linear fluorescent fixtures with ballasts. The series was designed to meet NEC 410.73 (G), CEC 30-308 (4) and CSA/UL Standard 2459 for insulated, multi-pole splicing wire connectors. The terminals facilitate daisy-chaining power from separate ballasts, eliminating additional connectors. Other features include keying of connector halves to prevent mis-mating, and color-coded molding and on-unit marking to assist identification. A tin-plated copper current bar supplies an electrical rating of 6 A at 600 V with a UL94V-0 flame-rated housing.
