An alternative to piston pumps and conveyors for dewatered sludge transfer, the 2000 HS system features the high-efficiency G4 progressing cavity pump with proprietary Ultra-Feed rotor technology. The pump’s 45-degree inlet allows the system to lower friction loss and provides gentle product handling. A universal joint placed outside of the fluid flow path is designed to provide unobstructed flow to the pump cavity inlet. Designed to enhance flow of high solid-content materials and optimize volumetric efficiency, typical fluid applications for the pump include scum transfer and thick adhesives.
