Pulp paper pump

The 3500XD is a medium-consistency paper pulp pump that features X-Ducer technology and a patented air-separation device that minimizes or eliminates fiber pull through the vacuum system. The X-Ducer agitates paper pulp to assist flow into the pump inlet while separating air from the water and fibers, and it can be retrofitted to existing pumps.

The pump’s design facilitates pumping of medium-consistency pulp up to 10% without a vacuum pump, and it allows for lower suction requirements.
