Mark Voigtmann, Faegre Baker Daniels, joins Control Engineering editorial advisory board
Mark Voigtmann, partner, automation practice lead, Faegre Baker Daniels, joined the Control Engineering editorial advisory board in July.
Control Engineering announces that it has re-established an editorial advisory board to provide input to editorial staff on editorial content, relevancy, automation market, and audience; to serve as a first-level sounding board for new initiatives and ideas; and to participate in events and contribute editorially. Among those named on July 8, Mark Voigtmann leads the automation and construction law practice of Faegre Baker Daniels, an international law firm with offices in the United States, China, and the U.K.
He has advised automation providers, OEMs, and their end-user customers in numerous matters throughout North America, from the structuring of projects and negotiation of contracts to the resolution of insurance coverage questions and other complex automation disputes. He serves as general counsel to the Control System Integrators Association, an international group of more than 300 engineering and high technology firms.
Voigtmann’s educational background includes Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law J.D., magna cum laude and University of Missouri Bachelor of Journalism.
