Lean webinar features Womack and Shook

“Lean Management and the Role of Lean Leadership” is the firstJohn Shook, senior advisor to LEI and the first American to work as a manager in Toyota’s operations in Japan, will share the key characteristics of Lean management and leadership as he learned it at Toyota and other companies.
