The Spraymaster 60 Gallon Heated Coatings Tank is designed to hold, heat, and blend a coating material. The tank’s design also allows for mixing and heating of the coating. The large capacity tank accommodates 60 gallons of material used with high-production plural coating systems. It has an electric immersion heater that maintains a consistent temperature of the liquid solution which transfers heat to the coating material in the tank. This transfer reduces the viscosity of the material for improved blending by a pneumatically driven agitator. The heated coating tanks are stand-alone or integrated tanks to a plural component spray system. Typical applications include bridges, pipeline, storage tanks, and water towers.
