Continuing education is a key component in the 2014 IMTS event Sept. 8-13 at Chicago’s McCormick Place. The ISA Inside course on Sept. 10-11 is a great example of that kind of education.

Sponsored by the International Society for Automation (ISA), the two-day educational conference will provide a detailed look at how the ANSI/ISA99 standards can be used to protect critical control systems. It also explores the procedural and technical differences between the security for traditional IT environments and those solutions appropriate for SCADA or plant floor environments. Participants will receive 1.4 CEU Credits.

CFE Media will sponsor the 2014 Global Automation and Manufacturing Summit on Sept. 10 starting at 8:15 a.m. in Room W190 in the West Wing of McCormick Place.
