The VSA-1225 vibration spectrum analyzer features Datastick Spectrum software suite version 1.8 and a Hewlett-Packard iPAQ handheld computer, and it can be equipped with one or more sensors. The module has a standard BNC connector and a low-noise input that accommodates and powers most ICP-type piezoelectric accelerometers or velocity sensors. The software records and shows vibration FFT spectra in acceleration, velocity, and displacement displays, and features a new vibration decibel display. In addition, it provides time-domain acceleration waveforms, and it records and displays overall vibration with color-coded ISO or custom alert levels.
