Grand finale for production in ’97
We can applaud the performance of the U.S. industrial economy as we set the stage for 1998. Overall industrial output for 1997 rose a hearty 5% over 1996 levels. Industrial production for December 1997 was 6% higher than December 1996.
We can applaud the performance of the U.S. industrial economy as we set the stage for 1998. Overall industrial output for 1997 rose a hearty 5% over 1996 levels. Industrial production for December 1997 was 6% higher than December 1996. Don’t get your hopes too high for the upcoming year, however.
