Activplant has named Chuck Frosst to the role of president, with president and CEO Ted Williams becomes chairman of the board of directors. The company said the appointments are “accelerating the company’s strategic growth plan and transformation into a performance management applications provider.”

“The company’s business evolution is moving faster and in a more focused manner on the application side,” said Frosst. “Activplant is refining its focus to fully capitalize on the growing potential of performance management applications and better meet the needs of our customers.”

“Activplant has a very strong, established corporate leadership team and this transition is a natural progression for the company,” said Williams. “Chuck brings a track record of proven leadership from his role as company COO, and from previous experiences, and I firmly believe that he is the leader to spearhead Activplant’s next growth phase.”
