Feeder control module
This single-feeder control module is a closed-loop rate controller designed to be used with auger, belt and vibratory-based feeders, and mounts directly into an Allen-Bradley ControlLogix chassis.
The feeder control module was developed with Allen-BradleyControlLogix Add-On Profile (AOP). This feature allows the end user to quicklyand easily configure the instrument for their application through PLC softwareon a PC. It is also fully integrated into the Allen-Bradley IntegratedArchitecture Builder (IAB). IAB allows the end user to spec out and designtheir system for optimal productivity, increasing speed and simplifyingintegration with the click of a mouse. In addition, Hardy Instruments providessample ladder logic building blocks of code that can easily be inserted intoexisting code to quickly program the feeder system application.
The HI 1756-FC also includes Hardy’s core technologies ofWAVERSAVER to eliminate the effects of surrounding vibration for fast, stableweight display, C2 electronic calibration without test weights and INTEGRATEDTECHNICIAN (IT) for system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
