The All-Gigabit SL-8MG switches, with eight Gigabit ports for auto-sensing 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet links, feature four flexible combination ports that provide both copper RJ45 and pluggable fiber-optic connectors. Special application transceivers such as multimode, single mode, long haul up to 80+ km are available, and the ports on the device are auto-sensing, auto-mdi/mdix-crossover and auto polarity, ensuring proper connection regardless of cable wiring. The switches support most standard IEEE 802.3 protocols and offers real-time secure performance through RSTP for fast redundancy, SNMP for network management, VLAN for network segregation and IGMP for multicast filtering.
