The custom-engineered 8400-HT style expansion joint is available in a variety of configurations. Ideal for low-pressure, lightweight piping and ductwork applications, the joint withstands a temperature excursion range of -75 to 2,200 F. Constructed with a proprietary blend of fluoro-polymers and reinforcing materials, the joint provides resistance to corrosive gases such as SO2 and H2SO4, allowing it to operate under flue gas desulphurization systems conditions.
