Double-acting epoxy bonds rust to metal

VCI-393 is a very low viscosity, two-component epoxy primer. When applied to a surface, the product penetrates into corrosion and pits, bonding corrosion to the base metal underneath. The product is used on surfaces needing minimal preparation and seals concrete, masonry, and wood. The primer cures to a high gloss and does not shrink.
