Job Description

The successful candidate will provide planning, direction, and leadership for all engineering and technical activities in the Bremner and Nutcracker business units. Management of the capital strategy, contractor management, and audit follow-up regarding financial considerations are key responsibilities. The Director is also responsible for Packaging Engineering activities and supporting new product initiatives with third party co-pack customers.

Job Qualifications

BS in Mechanical, Electrical or other related Engineering discipline.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years Engineering management experience with a proven track record of progressive responsibilities.

Strong leadership and communication skills

Strong PC skills to include Microsoft office

Capital Plan administration and control

Strong background in Operations, Plant Maintenance, Safety and Quality

Multi-plant responsibilities highly desired.
