CorShield VpCI-146 Creped Paper is a corrosion inhibiting paper that is designed to be environmentally safe, non-toxic, biodegradable, and does not contain nitrates, phosphates, or silicates. The VpCI coating on the creped paper vaporizes to reach all metal surface areas and provides corrosion protection. It forms a thin layer that does not alter the appearance of products and does not influence properties of electrical parts, including conductivity and resistance. This paper can be used to protect products for storage and shipment, and protects carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, cast iron, aluminum alloys, copper, brass, and solder.
