Corrosion monitor

The OnGuard 3000 atmospheric corrosion monitor gauges the real-time effects of corrosion on electronics. The device uses copper- and silver-plated quartz crystal microbalance sensors to measure the mass accumulation of corrosive film on sensitive metals. The monitor can predict and help prevent computer failure and increase the reliability of electronic instruments.

The OnGuard 3000 atmospheric corrosion monitor gauges the real-time effects of corrosion on electronics. The device uses copper- and silver-plated quartz crystal microbalance sensors to measure the mass accumulation of corrosive film on sensitive metals. The monitor can predict and help prevent computer failure and increase the reliability of electronic instruments. It also identifies air quality trends and gauges temperature, relative humidity and differential room pressure, and it projects the environmental ISA severity level.
