The G3 SCARA robot is the latest addition to the G series lineup with enhanced cycle time, precision and motion range. The robot’s curved arm option is designed to maximize work envelope usage. The 350 mm curved arm model is able to match the motion range of larger 400 mm class SCARA robots, thus saving valuable floor space. The robots are available in 30 new models, and have reaches of 250, 300 and 350mm. They are also available in Class 10 Cleanroom, ESD compliant configurations. The robots come standard with the Micro PowerDrive RC180 Controller, which also provides RC+ Controls software and fully integrated options such as Vision Guidance, .Net support, Profibus, DeviceNet and EtherNet/IP.
