Self-pumping, high-shear colloid mill has no exposed screw threads or painted surfaces. All wetted parts are 316 SS or Nitronic 60. Totally enclosed motors provide noise levels less than 75 dB. Milling gap adjustments can be performed during operation from 0.001-0.05 in. either manually or through a programmed motor. Rotor speed is adjustable from 3600-7200 rpm.
