Briggs & Stratton integrates SAP with MCA service planning for the aftermarket
Briggs & Stratton Corp .—the largest manufacturer of small, air-cooled engines for lawn, garden, and other outdoor power equipment, has successfully implemented MCA Solutions ‘ Service Planning and Optimization (SPO) suite to increase fill rates, reduce inventory, and continue to provide world-class service to their network of global distribution centers.
After an extensive evaluation of service parts planning solutions, Briggs & Stratton selected MCA for its advanced forecasting, optimization, and distribution-centric capabilities; and its compatibility and ease o integration with Briggs & Stratton’s existing SAP ERP system.
