Basket blaster

The Smartline basket blaster is completely self-contained and features a removable rotating load basket to tumble parts as they are being blasted from the bottom of the heat-treated steel basket. It features a gravity reclaim system and an integral bag type dust collector, and the blast wheel is center-fed and has three blades, similar to other center abrasive-fed wheels. The basket is 20 inches in diameter by 27 inches long, offering a maximum capacity of 224 pounds. Basket Blaster motors included: blast wheel, abrasive screw and shaker, requiring 230 or 460V/3PH/60HZ utilities. A skewer system adaptation is available for low-production quantities, where relatively large parts can be affixed and rotated for complete overall cleaning. Applications include automotive part rebuilders, maintenance shops, fabricators of small parts, machine shops and many more applications.
