Combo meter
The MG300 is an RMS multimeter with built-in insulation resistance tester and the added safety of wireless datastreaming for remote monitoring and datalogging. By adding insulation testing capabilities to the ubiquitous digital multimeter, electricians are equipped for insulation testing, helping make it a routine part of predictive maintenance with faster troubleshooting and repairs without additional tools. The rugged and waterproof (IP67-rated) combination meter includes a digital insulation resistance tester (or megohmmeter) with four test voltages for measuring resistance up to 4 GΩ with 0.001 MΩ resolution. The RMS digital multimeter includes duty cycle measurements and milliamp readings for analog 4-20 mA current loops in industrial analog process controls.

The QuickPick Rescue Kits deliver peace-of-mind during unexpected, stressful peer-rescue situations involving those working at height. The portable 6JCC pump delivers 1,100 gpm, high heads to 490 ft and 212 psi with automatic initial priming and re-priming. The 6-in. 6JCC is ideal for high pressure applications such as for clear water jetting, water boosting, wellpoint installation, water supply for hydraulic fracturing, washdowns, tank cleaning and fire protection in markets such as construction, mining, oil and gas, and marine. Thermostat with added features
The TE110 thermostat has more added features including two position on/off electronic room thermostat and key set point input. Added selectable features include an external and internal sensor, manual economy override for 2 hours and an automatic summer/winter changeover from an outside thermostat or switch. It is suitable for controlling heating or cooling valves, fans or other two position devices to maintain room temperature.

The MAR2 LED Series lighting fixture offers a copper-free extruded aluminum housing suitable for use in areas where hazardous gases are present. It is also rated for marine and heavy hose-down environments where salt spray and corrosive chemicals may be a factor. Available with an 80-W LED system tested at 90.1 lumens per watt in two foot or four foot lengths. The light output will provide almost triple the output of a two lamp T-12 MAR2 and double the output of a two lamp T-8 luminaire with no maintenance for 60,000 hours. Voice/data/video line gets extension
The Voice/Data/Video (VDV) line of tools and testers line has added coax and twisted pair connectors. The patented universal sleeve technology for coax cable connectors reduces both the variety of connectors needed for different cables as well as installation time. The universal sleeve coax connectors have an “open sleeve” design that easily fits on all diameter variations within a cable series. It even fits multi-shield and plenum cables. The twisted pair modular connectors feature thick, 50 micro-inch gold plating on the contact plates, providing maximum durability to prevent connector failure. The three-pronged solid and stranded wire contacts along with connector housings and spring clips.
Oil-injected screw air compressor
The next generation of the 40 to 125 hp GA oil-injected screw air compressor range features improved components that provide unparalleled performance, sustainability, efficiency and reliability. The range includes three options: the GA 37-90 VSD (50 to 125 hp), the GA 30+-75+ (40 to 100 hp) premium fixed-speed variant, and the GA 37-90 (50 to 125 hp), which delivers solid performance and Free Air Delivery (FAD) in a base package. PCS with extended hardware, software features
The Simatic PCS 7 V8.0 has equipped its process control system with a host of new functions. The new features range from improved data exchange, an easier engineering workflow and redundancy-related and fault-tolerant functions to new controllers. In Simatic PCS 7 V8.0, the data exchange between the Comos plant management software and the Simatic PCS 7 engineering tools have been improved and the workflow simplified. This gives the user enhanced design and planning mechanisms and an easier way to track project changes. Users can now access the archive data and reports quickly for the purpose of optimizing production and assets. They can also create and modify reports easily using the standard Microsoft Reporting Service tool.
Air table
The DensitySort Air Table uses air, vibration and slope to separate the fines fraction. DensitySort does not require a media base such as sand, water or filtration to achieve a separation. As product is fed at the high point of the table’s slope, its own specific mass directs the product to the low or high side of the table, providing an upgraded high-grade aluminum product, as well as a heavy product containing nearly 80% heavy metals by weight. Once a fluidized bed of material is maintained, the heavy products sink to the bottom of the burden and travels up the table to a discharge point.
Panel mount connectors
The 713 and 763 M12 Series connector line has been expanded with panel mount connectors featuring screw terminations. With screw terminations it is now possible to attach wires in the field without any special tooling or soldering. This addition is ideally suited for signal and power applications requiring a solderless assembly. The panel mount connectors are offered with 4, 5 and 8 gold-plated contacts in male and female versions. The unique screw terminations will accept a maximum wire gauge of 16 AWG and transmit currents of up to 8 amps with the 4 and 5 pin versions. In order to determine the direction of the angled cable outlet of the mating connector the 4- and 5-pin panel mount connectors can be positioned in 4-deg by 90-deg steps. When fully mated the connectors are IP67 rated to ensure protection from liquids and debris. Mating field-attachable connectors and standard cordsets are available for a complete connecting system.
pH Meter App
The Model PH-1 Meter Application for the iPhone or iPod measures pH accurately, presents the data in an easy-to-read format and supports email transmission. For industrial processes and plants, the PH-1 meter accessory is suitable for service in easy-to-reach locations where pH measurements are routinely performed or can be taken to other distant locations where fixed instruments are unnecessary or too costly. By recording the pH value with a time stamp and location, the PH-1 meter accessory eliminates any chance of mistakes when recording readings. It also works with location-aware devices to log the coordinates where readings were taken for analysis and auditing purposes.
Pivot-mount safety gate
Protect-O-Gate Pivot Gate protects operators from falls on mezzanines due to its two-part o reciprocating design. This unique design eliminates the potential for falls and other accidents associated with mezzanine loading areas. Unsafe conventional devices such as chains, lift-out gates and sliding gates can all be bypassed, exposing workers to potential falls and injuries when left open. The Protect-O-Gate Pivot Gate cannot be bypassed. When the enclosure closest to the edge of the mezzanine is lifted to allow load delivery, the second enclosure is resting on the mezzanine, blocking personnel from potential falls. Counter-balanced and operator-friendly, the unit features easy access to the staging area. Custom sizing can be easily accommodated with optional increased load height available to 80 in.
Flexible silicone cables
These highly flexible Silicone jacketed cables are designed to provide uninterrupted service and absolute reliability for Clean Room Robots. The cables are Class 1 Clean Room Rated for continuous motion applications. Even under extensive tight bending and high speed flexing, the crystal-clear silicone encapsulation will not wear, tear or deform during a lifetime of more than 10 million cycles. This unique silicone is “self-healing” from small punctures and will not degrade or delaminate when exposed to de-ionized water, alcohol, steam, UV light, autoclave, mechanical stress and many chemicals. The proprietary extrusion process allows multiple wires to be placed in a single flat cable, precisely controlling the inner component spacing, jacket thickness and the overall cable shape. Incorporating multiple elements into a single, compact flat cable allows for a tighter bend radius, weight/space savings, greater current carrying capacity, noise reduction, and longer flex life.
Multi-purpose filler
The Multi-Purpose filler dispenses bulk solid materials into boxes, drums and bulk bags, by weight. The unit features a fill head that seals dust-tight against the inlet spout of bulk bags, or connects to transition adapters that seal against open boxes or drums. The filler utilizes the Twin-Centerpost frame to maximize strength and improve accessibility to the fill head while simplifying construction and reducing cost. It is mounted on load cells tied into a PLC that controls upstream devices to fill containers at high rate, and then at dribble-feed rate to maximize the number of containers filled per hour. An automated vibratory system raises and vibrates the container deck to deaerate and densify material, stabilizing the container.

The 8400 TopLine inverter drives now include an automatic axis bus system and special function blocks for speed and angle synchronization. The new 8400 TopLine inverter drive automatic axis bus works with the standard CAN system bus and fits seamlessly into servo applications. The 8400 TopLine inverter drive also supports SinCos absolute encoders. Designed for applications using electrical shafts for synchronization, two fundamental topologies can be constructed using the 8400 TopLine automatic axis bus system. In addition to the automatic axis bus, the 8400 Topline inverters incorporate L-Force control and software to deliver high dynamic performance and intelligent features, including memory modules, online diagnostics and optional integrated safety systems.
