Carlos has become the go-to engineer at MartinCSI for technical questions or issues other engineers were having. This organically led to Carlos taking over the training program for new hires. He is great at working with younger engineers. He breaks things down in a way that is easy for them to understand, makes everyone comfortable and unafraid to ask questions and connects on a personal level in a warm and friendly manner. He was able to take an outline for a formal engineer training program and put it into practice and create something incredibly useful. Carlos mentors younger engineers and assists them in developing career paths.

Fun fact: Carlos loves to cook. He and his friends get together monthly for themed cooking parties where they create new dishes and enjoy being together.
