As a self proclaimed “MacGyver,” Ryan has always taken pride in his ability to fix or improve something. He chose the field of electrical engineering to take his repairman reputation to the next level. He graduated from University of Detroit Mercy before working to quickly develop and fine-tune his professional skills as a controls engineer. His ability to find innovative solutions and communicate well has landed him as an engineering leader at RedViking. Presently, Ryan leads a team of controls and software engineers. Through his innovative approaches to controls and software integration, Ryan’s team has enabled the customer to retain much of their existing investment, saving them millions of dollars. The theme of continuous improvement extends to Ryan himself; he is pursuing a PMP Certification in his spare time. Always one to tackle a challenge, Ryan is currently teaching himself to play trumpet. Having been voted best athlete in his high school senior class, Ryan enjoys coaching youth baseball and other activities.
