Qualified readers in print and online – those people who have specific buy-specify responsibilities in their manufacturing facilities – are qualified to vote on the 2010 Product of the Year awards. Only those votes will be counted toward the most prestigious new product award in the manufacturing industry. This ensures that the people who vote on the products are also the people who use the products.
The products earning the most votes in these categories will be presented the Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies at the 2011 Manufacturing/Automation Summit on March 21 in Chicago. The product with the single highest vote total will receive the coveted Grand Award as the outstanding new product of the year.
