The APX-5700 simultaneous dual band radio is a hardened industrial grade wireless product offers reliable and versatile solutions.
The APX-5700 dual band radio communicates on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency ranges simultaneously and is IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n compliant. With flexible configuration options, either of the APX-5700 radios can be set to operate as an access point, client, bridge or repeater. With a maximum data rate of 300Mbps it also supports IEEE 802.11i / 802.1x authentication.
Both radios have independent IP addresses as well as RJ45 connection ports enabling multiple application options and offers advanced VLAN management options.
The unit is a PoE PD (Powered Device) that conforms to the IEEE 802.3af standard. This device is also compliant with part 15 of the FCC Rules.

Before the calendar turned, 2016 already had the makings of a pivotal year for manufacturing, and for the world.
There were the big events for the year, including the United States as Partner Country at Hannover Messe in April and the 2016 International Manufacturing Technology Show in Chicago in September. There's also the matter of the U.S. presidential elections in November, which promise to shape policy in manufacturing for years to come.
But the year started with global economic turmoil, as a slowdown in Chinese manufacturing triggered a worldwide stock hiccup that sent values plummeting. The continued plunge in world oil prices has resulted in a slowdown in exploration and, by extension, the manufacture of exploration equipment.
