Welding end prep tools

The EscoLock blade lock system holds up to three blades at once to permit simultaneous beveling, facing and boring, and features a wedge-lock design that is designed to hold tighter while it works. Incorporating a radical chip breaker to direct the chip away from the tube surface and dissipate heat, the cutter blades can be supplied in styles to match virtually any angle of end prep.

Incorporating a radical chip breaker to direct the chip away from the tube surface and dissipate heat, the cutter blades can be supplied in styles to match virtually any angle of end prep. Providing chatter-free operation and capable of pulling a thick chip without cutting oils, the blades are made from T-15 tool steel and are Tin-coated for added lubricity; they can cut stainless steels, P-91 and other hard materials.
