UV air disinfection unit
UV air disinfection units safely destroy bacteria, mold and viruses.
The UV air disinfection units use indirect germicidal ultraviolet irradiation to purify the upper room air in occupied spaces, reducing the risk of cross-infection and exposure of occupants to infectious airborne microbes. They require little maintenance other than yearly lamp replacement and periodic cleaning. The UV air disinfection units include a variable output version of the Surelite electronic ballast. This feature enables the user to adjust the ultraviolet output and allows one fixture to be utilized in rooms of various sizes. These units can be used within commercial and industrial settings as hospitals, laboratories, homeless shelters, prisons, universities, office buildings and manufacturing facilities.
