Parallel up to eight 750-kVA modules, eliminating single points of failure, with the 750-kVA SG series digital energy UPS from GE Digital Energy. Operating in a double conversion mode with true continuous on-line voltage and frequency independent operation, the system uses a space vector modulation digital control technique to create a faster transient response and low output distortion of 3%. The system achieves less than 5% input THD with six-pulse rectifier and eliminates the need for an input isolation transformer.
