Problem: Summer workloads may cause the main air compressor to overheat. How can you synchronize the backup with the main machine?

Solution: Hook up a repeat cycle timing relay with an on/off switch to the backup compressor and adjust. For example, on 1 min, off 2 min, at a 33% duty cycle. Off-time can be adjusted up or down to handle slow or busy days.
