Seminarfest is a week-long event of 35 seminars offered in one location for the environmental, safety, and health professional. Technical, management, and skill development seminars range in length from 1/2-3 days.

Seminarfest is a week-long event of 35 seminars offered in one location for the environmental, safety, and health professional. Technical, management, and skill development seminars range in length from 1/2-3 days. The event is being held in Phoenix, AZ, Jan. 9-15, 2000. Below is a sample of some of the sessions offered.

– Certification preparation workshops: Includes general math review, and classes for ASP, CSP, CHST, OHST certification preparation.

– Certification in safety management: A track of three courses required for earning the Certificate in Safety Management from ASSE.

– More than 30 elective courses cover a wide range of topics: Industrial hygiene, electrical hazards, risk management, behavior-based safety, emergency planning, safety leadership, and more.
