Schneider Electric acquires Pace Integrated Systems

Pace Integrated Systems Inc. assets, daily operations have been acquired by Schneider Electric – to deliver building management, security solutions

Schneider Electric, a global specialist in energy management, has acquired the assets and daily operations of Pace Integrated Systems Inc., formerly an authorized partner that delivers building management and security solutions to end-user customers. Pace is now the Southern California Branch organization of the Buildings Business Americas of Schneider Electric.

Since 1997, Pace has been providing quality products, applications and installations with expert project management focused on meeting customer objectives. Pace employees have extensive technical expertise in building management systems, digital video and IT networks, security, and integrated solutions, all delivered to a diverse customer base, from sales and installation to service and training.
