Safety scale for safeguards
Danray Products' point-of-operation-opening safety scale is designed for safeguards and is made out of anodized aluminum and features a tapered design for tight, obstructive areas.
Danray Products' point-of-operation-opening safety scale can be used to quickly check the point-of-operation opening for any safeguard in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.217 as well as applicable ANSI and CSA machine safety standards. It has a tapered design allowing it to be used in tight, obstructive areas.
The natural-aluminum scale is made out of durable, 0.090 in.-thick anodized aluminum, it has a 0.25 in.-diameter hole, and it has easy-to-read text and graphics that will not rub or scratch off. It is about the size of a credit card, which makes it convenient to carry and store.

Annual Salary Survey
In a year when manufacturing continued to lead the economic rebound, it makes sense that plant manager bonuses rebounded. Plant Engineering’s annual Salary Survey shows both wages and bonuses rose in 2012 after a retreat the year before.
Average salary across all job titles for plant floor management rose 3.5% to $95,446, and bonus compensation jumped to $15,162, a 4.2% increase from the 2010 level and double the 2011 total, which showed a sharp drop in bonus.
