BEI Sensors’ LP Series of rotary encoders are designed to provide precise motion control feedback for harsh applications including extreme temperatures, shock and vibration, and wet and dirty environments. Three distinct encoder types are available in incremental or absolute single turn outputs: a compact version with cable or connector terminations, a terminal box option, and an explosion proof model. They are designed to operate in a variety of applications such as material handling, metal process, wind turbine, agriculture, oil and gas, and the building automation industries. The LP Series’ has an IP66 rating and encapsulated electronics protect the encoder from humidity, and can operate in extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 100 C.
