Precise shaft alignment

The precision sleeve coupling is designed for use on supported shafts and maintains concentricity to within .001 TIR. Featuring a solid center section that provides a close tolerance fit on ground shafting, it includes a keyway and an Accu-Clamp design that incorporates integral self-centering clamping collars at both ends. Available in six sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 1-1/2” I.D., the standard coupling is machined from steel and is available in aluminum and stainless steel. Applications include medical instruments, processing equipment and high-speed packaging systems.
