Instrument measures multiple parameters

HHF81 anemometer can measure airflow, humidity, temperature, and light. Built-in microprocessor allows the instrument to track maximum and minimum values along with current readings. Unit displays flow rate in knots, meters/second, kilometers/hour, MPH, and feet/minute. A low-friction, ball bearing-mounted wheel provides high accuracy at high and low air velocity. The impeller provides the ability to measure the slightest breeze. Instrument accepts Type K thermocouple input.

Municipal flowmeter

The V2-Municipal Flowmeter features built-in flow conditioning for accuracy with minimum upstream/downstream straight-run piping requirements, which reduces installation and plant ancillary equipment costs. It is especially useful wherever irregular or crowded piping and equipment make other solutions such as magnetic, turbine, or venturi tube technology impractical or unworkable due to complex or expensive construction requirements to meet longer straight-run piping requirements.

Pocket-sized DMM

PocketPro is a full-featured digital multimeter that electricians can take virtually anywhere. It fits inside a pants or shirt pocket with room to spare. Compact (4.9 x 2.4 x 0.9 inches) and lightweight (3.9 oz.), the DMM includes built-in leads that store snugly behind a built-in test stand. Three buttons and a thumb switch allow electricians to select continuity/resistance, diode or ac/dc voltage testing, as well as to cycle through test ranges and hold a measurement. The meter defaults to ac voltage. Other features include an easy-to-read 3.5 digit LCD screen, overload protection on all ranges, audible continuity, low battery indicator, and auto power off.

Radar level meter

Optiwave 7300 C radar level meter accurately measures distance, level, and volume of liquids, pastes, and solids. Its measuring range of 131 feet enables it to operate with a wide bandwidth, which enhances accuracy and repeatability. Objects such as struts, inlets, ladders, agitated surfaces, or foam affect the signal minimally. The meter offers four types of screen display: alphanumeric, alphanumeric with tank illustration, alphanumeric with bar graph, and signal screen.

Calibration management

MET/CAL Plus V7.1 software suite, is an enhancement of a calibration management program with features designed to efficiently handle expanding workloads. The program’s guardbanding support allows metrologists to tailor algorithms to automatically tighten the pass limits associated with a unit under test calibration specifications. This feature is particularly useful in identifying units that are out of tolerance but are still close to specification due to low-test accuracy ratios.

Detailed inspections

In-Sight 5403 captures full-frame, 1600 x 1200 images at up to 15 frames per second for highly detailed inspection of fast moving objects. The increased resolution allows for precision gauging, alignment, and fine-defect inspection on very small parts. By capturing images of larger parts or viewing multiple objects simultaneously, the camera performs inspections that formerly required multiple sensors. Alternatively, it can be mounted further from the part while maintaining the required resolution to provide working distance flexibility.
