Bentley acquires Optram

Bentley Systems has acquired Optram, Inc., a Massachusetts-based supplier of software for railway track maintenance. Optram's users are some of the largest freight and passenger operators in the world, including AMTRAK, CSX, New Jersey Transit, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District.

Bentley Systems has acquired Optram, Inc., a Massachusetts-based supplier of software for railway track maintenance. Optram’s users are some of the largest freight and passenger operators in the world, including AMTRAK, CSX, New Jersey Transit, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District.
