Eric Anker, 29
Controls Engineer, MacroAir Technologies Inc., San Bernardino, Calif.
BS Electrical Engineering, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona

Eric began his college career as a computer science major, but once he took a class with an electrical engineering aspect, he fell in love. He graduated with a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, and began his career in engineering. In his short time at MacroAir, Eric has accomplished a great deal. Through his desire to lead and educate, he heads the communication between departments regarding new product updates and capabilities. He works to ensure everyone is informed and able to assist customer needs. He has shown the ability to think outside the box, find novel uses for fan operations, and strategically innovate products and processes for the benefit of the company. His desire to bring people together extends past his professional life; he also loves to host his friends and family for game nights. In his spare time, Eric enjoys hiking on different trails around California. He hopes his daughter, born in September 2016, will soon join him on overnight hikes in the California hills.
