The LEX-1000 color light measurement sensor is used to measure the relative color characteristics for a variety of light sources and illuminated objects. The LEX-1000 optics focus the light emitted by the product onto a sensitive RGB photodiode, where it is then read and analyzed for its red, green and blue (RGB) composition. It has four programmable color recognition channels and three 0 to 5 V analog RGB outputs. If readings of all three colors fall within these parameters, the LEX-1000 sensor issues a discrete signal to indicate a color proper match.
