A free, 3-hr workshop -- Troubleshooting Switched Ethernet Environments -- provides training on how to find problems on Ethernet segments and instantly determine which ports are experiencing trouble. The sessions also reveal a method to access SNMP data, quickly view a VLAN configuration, and troubleshoot Cisco Catalyst and Bay Networks 28000. Twenty-nine workshops are scheduled around the country from January to April.
