Attendees will learn how to implement both Set-up Reduction and TPM to improve productivity. Set-up Reduction will teach attendees how to minimize downtime during changeovers by involving employees in making continuous improvements. TPM is a system for reducing breakdowns and improving quality by involving employees in the elimination of wasted time and resources caused by production equipment.
