AME event: Dentsply safety kaizen blitz event

This kaizen event suggests a different path to lean success – a safe path. This event will focus on the reduction of injury risks in an assembly cell. The kaizen team, after some initial training, will observe the work process with an eye for safety improvement. They will then spend the next 2-days implementing the changes they identified followed by a report out to Dentsply‘s managment team.
