We all recognize that creativity and innovation are vital to the culture, growth, and sustainability of any business. So why not use a novel way to develop these skills in the workplace? Attendees participate in dialogue and exercises designed to tap into the imagination and creativity we all possess but far too often hesitate to utilize. Fear of failure or a desire for perfection limits our risk taking and initiative, both of which are at the root of new ideas, alternative methods, and solutions.
