Attendees will tour Siemens and will see examples of 5S, Visual Workplace, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 3P Lean Design and application of the A3 process. Following the tour, a workshop on “The A3 Improvement Process” will be delivered. There has been tremendous interest in A3's. Unfortunately many people are missing the point of A3 report writing. They see it as strictly a communication device and not as a problem solving, process improvement, and even a management tool.
