Wide temperature relays can withstand harsh conditions
Coto Technology's four wide-temperature, professional-grade, high-reliability relays are aimed at automotive, test and instrumentation markets and can withstand harsh conditions.
Coto Technology, Inc's four relay families are capable of wide temperature range operating environments for automotive, test and/or instrumentation engineers and technicians with -40 C to 125 C temperature requirements. The 2270, 2370, 2970 thru-hole and the 9270 surface mount (SMD) series have been designed to provide stable contact resistance and relay operation over the full temperature range without de-rating electrical parameters. Relays are available for 5 V and 12 V applications, and feature multi-pole designs with coaxial shield options.

Annual Salary Survey
After almost a decade of uncertainty, the confidence of plant floor managers is soaring. Even with a number of challenges and while implementing new technologies, there is a renewed sense of optimism among plant managers about their business and their future.
The respondents to the 2014 Plant Engineering Salary Survey come from throughout the U.S. and serve a variety of industries, but they are uniform in their optimism about manufacturing. This year’s survey found 79% consider manufacturing a secure career. That’s up from 75% in 2013 and significantly higher than the 63% figure when Plant Engineering first started asking that question a decade ago.
