In the first deal, JENSEN HUGHES announced that a merger agreement has been reached with ERIN Engineering and Research (Walnut Creek, CA), a nuclear safety and reliability consulting firm. In the second deal, JENSEN HUGHES announced that a merger agreement has been reached with Sereca Consulting (Richmond, Canada), a provider of engineering and consulting services that include fire protection design and engineering, building code consulting, forensic engineering and seminars.
