The FX1000 paperless recording system provides premium features and performance for cost-sensitive OEM suppliers and end user process recording applications. Delivering a high level of measurement, recording, and networking functionality in a compact package, the shallow 6.5 in” case depth behind the panel allows for installation in tight locations and easy system integration. A high-precision wide view angle 5.7 in” color display provides outstanding visibility of trend, digital, bar graph and historical display mode information. Up to 12 universal input channels are available with optional alarm relays, loop power supply, remote control inputs, and 24V AC/DC power. Standard 400MB secure non-volatile flash memory provides long-term data storage.

2012 Salary Survey
In a year when manufacturing continued to lead the economic rebound, it makes sense that plant manager bonuses rebounded. Plant Engineering’s annual Salary Survey shows both wages and bonuses rose in 2012 after a retreat the year before.
Average salary across all job titles for plant floor management rose 3.5% to $95,446, and bonus compensation jumped to $15,162, a 4.2% increase from the 2010 level and double the 2011 total, which showed a sharp drop in bonus.
